Join a group of 4 hospitalists in an expanding program that is looking to hire additional hospitalists at a modern 118 bed hospital in an Upper Midwest Lake Community with an airport and an active outdoor lifestyle!Enjoy a 7on/7off schedule or 15on/off! Competitive Comp Package
•$268,000-no RVU upside
•$20,000-yearly quality incentive
•$140/hour for extra shifts
•Full time is 15 shifts per month The Opportunity
·118 bed hospital
·10 bed ICU
·ICU is open, the hospitalists do manage the ICU patients
·Procedures are not required, but available if desired
·24/7 anesthesia back up
·12 hour shifts (7a-7p; 7p-7a). A 4th hospitalist works 9a-9p
·4 on during the day shift, one at night
·Physician assistant that works Monday-Friday, 7-4
·Average patients-13-15
·Daily interdisciplinary rounds meeting
·Great relationship with case managers and social workers
·Hospitalists run codes Work at a Modern, Full Service Hospital
118 Beds, Level IV / 1500 Staff / 130 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
•Annual Numbers: 6,500 Admissions / 262,000 Outpatient Visits / 1,000 Births / 27,000 ER Visits
