A clinic in Northeast Colorado is looking for a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join their practice. The health center provides quality, integrated primary health services to improve health of the individuals, families, and communities they serve. The position is open to 2013 and 2014 graduates. There is no call and no ER. OB and C-sections are not an option however prenatal care is required. The weekly schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, however this is very flexible. There is an option to work 3 days per week and commute from Denver. The physician is expected to see patients in the ambulatory setting as well. The clinic is able to support a J-1 Visa waiver.

The new provider will be employed by the practice and will be joining a team of one physician and two mid-level providers. The community health center accepts Medicare/Medicaid and uninsured patients. Services are arranged to improve access and reduce barriers to care. The practice is located across the street from the local hospital which has 25 beds and provides full comprehensive care.
