This new position is due to more growth! We have filled other physician needs at this site.
Our ideal candidate is someone with at least 3 years post residency experience and should be able to see ages 6 months and up.
A typical week would involve:
•  full primary care with acute episodic care, preventative medicine and chronic disease management.
•  See on average about 20-25 patients per day.
•  Quite a bit of diabetic management, heart disease and high blood pressure.
•  Will see ages 6 months and up, so wellbaby and wellwoman checks.
•  15,000+ patients eligible for care at this facility
Your team…
The office has full clinical support with each provider having a MA assigned to them. Full lab and radiology onsite. Refer out to local specialists when needed.
About this new facility…
Houses a dental side with 3 FT dentist, pharmacy and the primary care side. The PC side has 2 FT physicians, 1 FT NP and 1 FT PA right now with this position being the 5th provider due to growth of the health center. Each position is supported by a MA along with lab and XRay support.

Hours…
7am-6pm, Monday-Friday with rotating schedule. May be scheduled to work 7-4, 8-5 or 9-6. We are also open from 8am-Noon on Saturdays. You would be on 1:5 schedule for Saturday coverage. Provider call is also 1:5, typically the same week that scheduled to provide Saturday coverage. You will be provided a phone for after hour calls but do NOT do inpatient coverage. Calls are VERY SPORADIC, one a week at the most.
