•  BIG NEED: Between Two Locations 1,113 Urology Patients Waiting to be Scheduled & 79 Surgical Cases Pending
•  Two Hospitals 19 ORs Utilized for Inpatient & Outpatient/Elective Surgeries
•  The da Vinci Xi Robot has been Approved for 2016 Budget
•  Currently: 2 da Vinci Robots: (1) S Model – Scheduled to be Retired in 2016, (1) Si Model.
•  da Vinci Robots Utilization: Gynecologic Surgery (75%), General Surgery (23%), and Urology (2%).
•  Call: Shared 1:3/FP Residents Take First Call
   Approximately 18 Calls/Week
   Estimated that ONLY 3-5% of the Calls Received Result in Operative Events
•  YOUR TEAM: Urology Practices in a Shared Clinic Space along with General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Trauma
  6 Exam Rooms, 1 Large Procedure Room (Cystoscopy, Biopsies, etc.), 1 centralized Nursing Station
1 RN Team Lead, 3 CMAs, 3 LVNs, & 2 RN Surgery Coordinators are Shared Across the Multi-Disciplinary Clinic Pod
•  $422K Employed Salary & 10% Year-End Bonus, 25 Days PTO, $5K Annual CME Money
