Employed Hospitalist
• 182 Shifts 7on/7off-12 Hours $295,000 / Additional Shifts-$2000
Average 15 night shifts per year
Average 16-18 Patients per Shift Including Admissions
No Procedures: Intensivist available
No Codes
• Potential for Leadership / Administrative / Annual Stock Options
• Full Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Malpractice
• Yearly bonus plan
o Quality bonus plan (each physician eligible for up to 12K)
o Practice bonus – 10% of monies after practice related expenses

• 269-bed acute care hospitalLive On the California Coast • California’s Central Coast; live in Monterey or Carmel
