An Arizona - based outpatient clinic is currently seeking an Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner for locums coverage. Schedule is Monday - Friday 10AM - 6:30PM, no call. The clinic has a patient volume of 25 - 28 patients/day. The provider will see patients of all ages of which 65% are medicare patients. Responsibilities include Urgent Care/Primary Care healthcare to patients and families, Focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. With minor office surgeries including: cast, splint and suture lacerations. Will work under a direct supervision of a physician. ACLS and BLS required. Great location and industry leading pay!
