Description
Our hospital based, interdisciplinary Palliative Care team is seeking a compassionate, dedicated BE/BC physician to join our well-established program. Our collaborative team includes physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, social workers and chaplains.
Professionally…• Service open 7 days a week 8AM – 6PM
o Rotating Weekend Coverage
o Light Evening Call Coverage
• Team Consults 5-7% on all Adult Acute Admissions
• Average 70-90 New Visits/Month
• Hospital Employment: 400+ Bed / Level 2 Trauma Center - 42-Bed ED
