•  Twelve 12-Hour Shifts (6 Shifts Every 2 Weeks) - 8am-8pm/8pm-8am
   *Vents, Intubation, Central Lines Required*
   Need ACLS, PALS and ATLS
•  Nights, Weekends, Holidays Shared Equally
   Peak Times are 4pm-1am with 7pm being the Busiest
•  Average 8 Patients a Day between 6pm-8pm
•  ER – 6-Bed - 2 Trauma/4 Treatment
•  Sees 11K Visits Annually with 30% Admission Rate
   3-4RNs during the Day, 2-3 at Night, ER Technician 16 Hours a Day
•  78-Bed Level 3 Trauma - $15M Hospital Expansion by 2018
   Hospital Expanding to 90 Beds and ER from 6-12 Beds
   Most Wired Hospital Designated
   60K Service Area, Allscripts EMR
   Hospitalist Available 24 a Day - Patients are Admitted to the Hospitalist
   30 Days PTO
