The Vascular Surgeon opportunity in Chicago, IL….
-Duration: September 1, 2017- on-going for 3+ months
-Schedule: Flexible per your availability
-Surgical Cases per year: 190 inpatient, 168 out patient
-Hospital: ER Volume: 25K, 150 beds, level II trauma center
-Procedures required: Hemodialysis access, peripheral angiograms, read vascular studies, vascular clinic
-Required: Board certification or Board eligibility, Illinois license
