· Practice functions as a Medical Center/Antibiotics Mixed In-House/Infusion Center(40 patients/day)/Lab

· Call Schedule: 7 days of Call per month/Nurse Practitioner and PA support call coverage
· Average Inpatient Census: 18 to 20, shared amongst two people

· Cerner EMR which is linked up with the hospital to provide accurate patient care
· Patient-Centered Care/Outpatient Practice: 15 – 20 patients per day (1 hour for new consults, 20 min for follow-up)
· Conduct clinical trials, provide community education, publish papers, and teach residents
· Fee-for-Service/Established Referral Base/40% fee for service and NO MANAGED CARE
· Appreciative patient population/Referral area comprising nearly 500,000
