-Start date: August 10, 2018
-Dates needing coverage: August 10-22 and September 14-26; on-going future dates as well
-Shifts: 7a-7p; Monday – Friday in clinic
-Average of 20 patients per day
-Call: yes – working to get further details on call schedule
-Will be working with mid-level providers
-EMR: EPIC

**Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible if within 5 years of residency, hold an active MI license**
