An clinic in Arizona is currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician for Locum Tenens with the following requirements:Board Certified/ Board Eligible.
With Active BLS and current DEA.
Job Information: Schedule: 4 days a week
Shift: 8am - 5pm
Patient volume: 10 - 15 in patients per day
