-Location: Wisconsin
-Duration: Spot coverage on-going
-Open shifts:
Nov. 28, 29, and 30 and cover weekend call
Dec. 26, 27, 28, 29,30, 31,Jan 1
Jan 16, 17,18, 21 on call 19 and 20 all weekend
Feb 20,21,22 and weekend call
March 27, 28,29 and weekend call then Monday the 1st of April
May 8,9,10 weekend call and Monday the 13th
June 6 through the 11th
July 3,4,5 weekend call and July 8,9 - Shifts: 8a-5:30p, Monday – Friday
-Call: Periodic Weekend call
-Group: 4 other radiation oncologist
-Hospital: 325 beds, level II trauma level
-Required: Board certified or Board eligible with Wisconsin license *Assistance with credentialing provided – 30-60 days*
