Clinic and Hospital setting

Responsibilities - supporting neurosurgeon for spine and endovascular patients both in the clinic and hospital setting.  Ideal candidate will be board certified and will have ACLS and BLS certifications. Provider must have an active Arizona license and current DEA.

REQUIREMENTS:
AZ Active State License
DEA
BLS
ACLS
Must have one year of experience in Neuro
