Overview: – Employed by a 90 bed, mission-oriented hospital serving Wyoming for 70 years – Becker’s Healthcare: One of the Top 150 Places to Work in Healthcare – Growth related recruitment – 3 OBGYNs in the community – Average 660 deliveries per year – Level 2 NICU – Dedicated OB team and support staff, including Pediatric Hospitalists – 4-day weeks available – 1:4 call – Childcare- Early Childhood Center located on our campus and is available for use by all employees Compensation: – Up to 390K base salary – Call pay: 683/day (equates to over 62K per year, based on 1:4 rotation) – Additional earning through RVU production – 12,500 annual quality bonus – 7,500 per year for APP supervision – 30K Sign on – 15K Relocation – 100K housing assistance OR 100K student loan assistance – 6 weeks PTO (includes 8 national holidays) – 5K CE Allowance and additional 5 days off – 403B Retirement Plan with 6 percent match – License, dues, and memberships – 1,500-dollar monthly residency stipends, if applicable – Health, Dental, Vision – Can assist with J1 and H1 Location: – Located in Northeast Wyoming – Situated between the Big Horn Mountains and Black Hills – Outdoor activities include BMX bike racing, boating, cycling, fishing, golfing, hiking, hunting, motocross, rock climbing, roller derby, running, skiing, snowmobiling, and water sports – No state income tax – Family-oriented, safe community – “Exceptional schools” – Regional airport – Acreage, suburban/gated, and rental property available I look forward to working with you.
