– Average 660 deliveries per year – Level 2 NICU
– Dedicated OB team and support staff, including Pediatric Hospitalists
– 4-day weeks available
– 1:4 call
– Childcare- Early Childhood Center located on our campus and is available for use by all employees Compensation: – Up to 390K base salary
– Call pay: 683/day (equates to over 62K per year, based on 1:4 rotation)
– Additional earning through RVU production
– 12,500 annual quality bonus
– 7,500 per year for APP supervision
– 30K Sign on
– 15K Relocation
– 100K housing assistance OR 100K student loan assistance
– 6 weeks PTO (includes 8 national holidays)
– 5K CE Allowance and additional 5 days off
