Description
- Work Dates Needed: 3-6 months. Starting as soon as accepted/cleared.
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM
- Worksite Setting: Health center
- Scope of Work: Provide acute, chronic and preventive care and education to adults (over 16 years of age).
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certification, CA License, DEA, BLS required
- Rate: $120 hour
