Dates of Coverage:
--7/8 @ 5pm - 5pm 7/18
--7/25 @ 5pm - 5pm 7/26
Assignment Details #100330:
--Board Certification is required
--Active Michigan license and CSR are required
--ACLS is required
--COVID vaccine is required
--Average 18 outpatients/20 inpatient scopes per day
--Support Staff: 2 physicians and 2 APPs
--EMR: Cerner
--Onsite Lab and XRay
