Physical Therapist - Out Patient Rehab at Home Medicare Part B
COMPENSATION: $95,000 - $120,000
Locations: Greenwich, CT & Westport, CT


We’re a boutique home health agency for Seniors and recently hospitalized patients undergoing rehabilitation often require in-home physical therapy to increase strength, regain range of motion, and promote stronger emotional health and wellbeing. We offer In-Home Physical Therapy Services for homebound older adults with a skilled need under Medicare Parts A and B, as an outpatient rehabilitation at-home service under Medicare Part B, and as a private duty service.


Role:
•  Compensation: $95k-$105k (for less experienced)
•  Compensation: $110k-$120k (for more experienced)
•  Patient Base: Seniors - Med B is typically a stabilized patient and needs therapy to help build strength Example: you notice your walking off balanced, they will work to build the muscles to help improve with their gait.
•  Needs: “2” Medicare Part B therapists
•  Shifts: M-F 8:30a-5p (hours are flexible as long as you see your weekly required visits)
•  Weekly Visits: 130 units a week/ every visit is typically 4 units = 32.5 visits a week Full time position
•  Med Part B is less documentation than Part A

Requirements:
•  Education: DRPH or someone with Homecare experience (DRPH preferred not required)
•   Experience preferred and home health experience preferred but will also consider a newer grad and train


Local therapists are living b/w Greenwich to Trumbull, CT (past that is usually too far to travel
If looking for someone from NY (New York has reciprocity with the license with CT usually someone from the Bronx, Westchester, Rockland County near the bridge. Is ok)
A therapist from Bridgeport, CT is too far to commute /can take over 45min. and they won’t stay long with the company)
