Mammographer Radiology Physician
StartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: Day 9
Pay Rate: $339.50 - $367.50
This facility is seeking 1 Breast Mammographer. Needed for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity: - Dates of Coverage: 8/1/25-1/9/26
- Schedule: 8am-5pm Full time
- Job Setting: Hospital
- Onsite coverage, no remote
- Types of Cases: Ultrasound cores, Needle localization, and Stereotactic biopsies.
- 100% Mammo onsite for screening, diagnostics, dexa's, etc.
- -Diagnostics Monday to Friday in addition to screening exams
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- Must be COVID Vaccinated
- Board Eligible is required within 2 years of completion of training or Board Certified Breast Imaging
Facility Location
Norristown is situated 6 miles northwest of Philadelphia, on the Schuylkill River. It’s a place rich in agriculture and farming. There are several manufacturing companies who also established themselves in Norristown to produce screws and wires, cigars, knitting machines, boilers, hosiery, shirts and underwear, paper boxes and carpets, lumber, iron and milling machinery. Norristown is also close to some famous retail mall outlets such as the Plymouth Meeting Mall and the King of Prussia Mall.
