Old Town, Maine: We invite TWO Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join an established Same-Day Care team within a large FQHC/community health center system supporting primary care patients in the greater Bangor region. This is an excellent opportunity for a mission-driven provider who enjoys variety, teamwork, and delivering needed care without managing your own patient panel.In this collaborative role, you will work closely with primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and care teams to ensure patients receive prompt evaluation and treatment for urgent or primary care needs that cannot wait for a scheduled visit. You will also help support continuity of care during provider transitions and absences, maintaining access and stability for patients across the practice.
