PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Credentialing Timeline: 60 days
REQUIRED PROCEDURES - All Interventional procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Licenses: Active WV license or Universal License (IMLC)
- Board: BC in Interventional Radiology
- DEA: DEA required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform interventional radiology procedures including biopsies, drainages, and vascular interventions
- Interpret diagnostic imaging studies (CT, MRI, ultrasound) relevant to interventional planning
- Collaborate with referring physicians and support staff (2+ physicians, 1 procedural APP) to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient encounters and procedure notes in Cerner/Fuji PACS EMR
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and credentialing requirements
