EliteMed Staffing Group is actively seeking Pediatric Dentist for a Multi Specialty Health Center (Out-Patient). Excellent salary + Full Benefits will be offered.

 

This position will play a key role providing quality dental care at the well established Medical Health Center. The prime focus will be examining, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, as well as discusses conditions and appropriate treatments with the patient. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient health assessment to include: patients’ height, weight, blood pressure, medical problems, allergies, reactions, medications prescribed.
  • Provide high quality comprehensive oral health care which includes all phases of dentistry, including extractions and root canals
  • Provide the necessary routine dental treatment for patients under his/her care including: amalgam restorations, aesthetic composite restorations, routine root canal therapy, routine extractions, prophylaxis, periodontal scaling & root planing and pediatric care.
  • Exercises direct supervision of the assigned dental assistants
  • Ensure infection control and HIPAA compliance
  • Educate patients about their oral health and proper oral hygiene techniques
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Current Dental License and DEA
  • Graduate from an accredited Dental School/Doctoral Degree (DDS/DMD)
  • General Practice Residency (GPR) preferred
  • Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control Compliance
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a busy practice setting
  • At least 1 years of experience providing dental care
