• Begins pending successful credentialing (Temps)
• ASAP - Ongoing (Mon - Fri | 7a-3p & 7a-5p)
• No Call | NO Weekends | OT: minimal
• 5 ORs
• Cases: Colo, Dental, Eyes, GI, Hands, Neuro, Ortho, Plastics, Podiatry, Uro
• Model: 3-4 CRNAs & 1 MD/DO
• Supervision - 1:3 ~ 1:4 
• Must have Active ACLS & BLS
• EMR: Paper charting
