DESCRIPTION:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
No call
1/2 day admin time per week
Conducting and reading of EEG, EMG, NCF
Headaches/Migraines
Multiple Sclerosis
Stroke
Seizure and Epilepsy
Neck and low back pain
Movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease and tremors
Peripheral neuropathy
Dementia and memory disorders
Autoimmune inner ear disease
85% adult
15% Pediatric over the age of 12
95% outpatient
Inpatient; 1-3 consults per week
Average patients per day; 12-15
MRI: Phillips Ingenia 1.5T, Wide Bore
EEG: Nicvue Nicoletone
EMG: Viking

COMPENSATION:
Approximately $300K including RVU
CME; 2 weeks and $4500
