VISTA is assisting an outpatient clinic an hour's drive north of Indianapolis with Family Practice coverage.
Location: Indiana
Training: Family Medicine
Duration: Sporadic through 2022
Board requirement: Board certified or Board eligible
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday only
Shifts: half and full day shifts
Hours: between 7a - 7p
Procedures: typical family practice clinic
Census: 10 to 15
Type of facility: Clinic
Back-up: NP/PA and MA
License requirement: Must be licensed before presentation
Privileges: 1 week or less
