Description
VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is recruiting a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon for an experienced orthopedic group. Benefits of this permanent position include:
Opportunity Benefits:
* Call 1:6. Only will need to participate in group call
* Could do 100% hand or elbow and shoulder as well
* Typical schedule is 1-2 days of surgery and 3 days in clinic
* Would see 15-20 patients per half day (many hand post op visits are quick)
* Benefits available include Health, dental, 401k, profit sharing, LTD, STD, life insurance
* 2 year Partnership tract ("buy in" is minimal between $20-30k). Also have opportunity to buy into the ASC's and the real estate portion of the practice
