Internal Medicine Hospitalist Locums in Tennessee
Location: Tennessee
Training: Internal Medicine
Duration: Ongoing while hiring
Board requirement: Board certified or Board eligible
Schedule: 7 on 7 off
Shifts: Nocturnist
Shift Responsibility: Admissions only
Procedures: No
Vents: No
ICU: Closed
Codes: There is a code team in place that runs codes, but our docs would need to rotate every other day and take nursing phone calls for rapid responses which is normally 0-3 calls a night
Backup: Yes/Pulmonology critical care
EMR: Meditech
Trauma designation: Level III
License requirement: Active TN license required, but we can also look at providers that have an active compact license letter that can get the TN license quickly
Privileges: Emergency privs are possible with a clean file, takes around 3 weeks with a responsive provider
