Description
Practice Setting: Anesthesia coverage for the hospital
Schedule (Shifts/Hours): March and April Dates:
6:45a-3:15p (with .5 lunch 8hr total) and 6:45a-5:15p (with .5 lunch 10hr total)Call Preferred - Not required - Weekend call is Fri (3p or 7p) to Mon (7a). Mon-Thur call is 7a-7a. Documentation System/EMR: Meditech
Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: TBD, call coverage only
Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma Level 4
Annual ER Volume: Approximately 19,000 annually
Description of OR Staff: Traditional tech, RN
Number of Operating Rooms: 5 OR's 2 procedure rooms
Will you accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License?: Yes

Skills
Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.): BLS and ACLS
Training or Experience Required (Will You Accept New Grads?): No, we prefer experienced providers capable of servicing level 4 trauma facility with heavy general surgery and GYN, labor & delivery
Patient Age Demographic (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric): Primarily Adult, pediatrics are transferred out
Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT, Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regional anesthesia
Procedures Required (cont.): Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases
