Gen ENT only correct? Correct, pediatrics we would look at as well. We are also looking for neuro-otology, we have a couple of fellows that we are looking at for 2025 start dates.

reason for opening? Business growth, one doc retiring in Dec.

Joining other providers? If so how many? Yes

hours/shifts/weekends/Call? Mon to Fri

Comp Range for Physicians? Depends on experience – new residents/fellows have been $350K to $375K, for an experienced Physician, we’ll look at something different

Any Bonus structure? Yes – negotiable

Partnership options? yes for physicians, we typically look to hire for the partnership track – usually a two year track

EMR? EPIC

patients a day? 30 +/-

relo allowance / Sign on for the right candidate? Yes, negotiable
