When requesting a name clear please remember to only send one name clear per email and to not include/send CV until the name has been cleared for presentation. Qualifications - Board Certified - Gastroenterology Licensed SC Medical, SC Controlled Substance and DEA We cannot pass a file off for onboarding and credentialing if the candidate does NOT have an active CSR. Please be working on this on the front end with your candidates! Assignment Details Searching for 7 day stretches that does include weekend call coverage (Friday 7am with call coverage through the weekend ending Mon 7am. Then scoping Monday at 7am ending Friday. Pick back up weekend call Friday through next Monday. This will include outpatient screening colonoscopies 15-20 per day Monday-Friday and locum is to take 1 weekday call (Wednesday). We can lighten the outpatient scopes on this day. The expectation during the week would be predominantly outpatient screening colonoscopies. They will have a CRNA available. EMR is EPIC Open Dates Please note that any NEW LOCUM CANDIDATE will be REQUIRED to come prior to his/her first shift to complete day of onboarding and orientation requirements. This training must be done on a Monday-Friday, and can NOT be done on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday. So when you send me a name clear, please be sure that you include WHEN the candidate can come for orientation. It is preferred that orientation is done the day before the first shift, but if that falls on a weekend or holiday the candidate must be willing to come down for a day sometime prior to start date. Again, I will need to know the availability for orientation in all name clears now!
