Physician / Podiatry / Arizona / Locum tenens / Podiatrist - Clinical and Surgical Needed in Arizona Job

• Specialty: Podiatry
• Setting: Clinic and Surgery and Call (80% Clinical and 20% Surgical)
• Licensure: Any unrestricted state license
• Certifications required: Board Certified or Board Eligible // BLS
• Weekly schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm with Surgical Day blocked
  • Surgery includes but is not limited to minor and major procedures
• Call: 1-4 (Wednesday to Tuesday including the weekend)
  • Call patients come from ED, Inpatient and Clinic, with response time of 30 minutes to care for acute and sub-acute podiatry concerns
• Volume: 8-10 patients per day
• Average patient volume: 8-10 clinic pts/day with coverage also including a satellite podiatry clinic with shuttle service - assigned in rotating schedule
• Ages seen: All
• COVID Vaccine Required: Yes
• Coverage dates needed: June forward
• Facility does have Podiatrist with Fellowships or Specialized training
