• Shift Type: 8 hour. 
• Regular Hours: Required.
• Case Type(s): General, Ortho, Neuro, Pediatrics.
• No OT.
• No Call.
• Site Charting System: Epic.
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 18. 
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes. 
• What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 5 to. 
• Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
• Credentialing: 60 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
