The Position:
* Full-time Monday – Through Friday
* Office hours 9-4 five days a week
* Average 25-35 patients daily
* 80% scheduled
* 20% walk ins
* Call on 1:3
* 2 other physicians in practice
* No midlevels
* After Hours patients seen in the EM
* For EM Pediatric Patients (FDR Admits)
* Inpatient – light 2%
* Inpatient census 0-4
* Nursery Census 0-3
* Level 1 Nursery
* 45 Births per month average
* Staff/Equipment
   * 8 Exam Rooms
   * RN/LPN/Lap Tech
   * Respiratory Therapist
   * Crash Cart
   * Inhaler
   * 02
   * Audiometer
   * Nebulizer
   * Airway
   * IV Supplies
   * Suction/Aspirator
   * Peak/flow meters
   * Lab Services

* Procedures required
   * Outpatient Pediatrics
   * Inpatient Pediatrics
   * Nursery Level 1
   * Central Line Placement (umbilical catheters)
   * High Risk and C-section deliveries
   * Circumcision

* Preferred Skills
   * Chest Tube Insertion
   * Diagnostic/therapeutic taps

Qualifications:
* Graduate of an Accredited Pediatric Residency
* Board Certified or Board Eligible and within 5 years of residency
* NRP, PALS, BLS Certifications Required
* Will look at PED and PEDOP
* License to Practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

* 42 Beds
* 500 deliveries annually
* 3 Obstetricians
* 1 midwife
* No midlevels
* No home deliveries
* In-house Anesthesia
* Level I NICU
* High Risk come CONEMAUGH
* No assist for C section
