- Work Site locations: Florence, KY, Crittenden, KY, Newport, KY, and Covington, KY
- Hours: Monday - Friday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- BC/BE MD/DO with Urgent Care experience
