The facility is in need of a Sports Fellowship Trained or PM&R physician- locum to cover holes in their schedule part time or work full time ongoing to June/July 2018. This could also be locum tenens to permanent position. Mon-Friday
8 am to 5 pm
Dates: Start date ASAP to
Duration: Ongoing need June/July 2018
Procedures possible injections only
Number of positions: 1-2 Privileging takes about 30 to 60 days. Facility will reimburse travel, rental car, and housing. MANDATED Job Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency - Required PMR or Sports Fellowship Trained - Highly Preferred Comfortable and capable of minor procedures such as injections - Required CA license - Required
