In addition to Salary physician receives 100% of the PROFITS of the practice. (This is amazing and no other organization is doing this for their physicians!) Physicians are treated as owners. NO fee for running the practice. Full benefits paid such as malpractice,, medical dental etc. Relocation and Sign on Bonus. Generous CME and time off. Hours are Monday through Friday 8-5 (Fridays are short days and physicians work 36-40 hours per week.) NO weekends. Mix of outpatient and inpatient Stipend paid to residents for early commitment.
