Location: Northern Oregon – Fossil, OR
Seeking NP/PA
Health Center
Outpatient Primary Care
Hours: 4 days per week
Rotating On-Call
Salary range depends on experience
Loan repayment - $5,000 yearly rural tax credit for rural Oregon providers
