Description
Position Details:
• Specializes in the diagnoses and treatment of neurological disorders, including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis and Stroke. Due to growth, the hospital is adding this service line to meet the needs of the community
• Advanced Certification for Primary Stroke Center
• Work closely with patients and their families and caregivers to educate them about risk factors, warning signs and symptom management
• Strive to improve the quality of life and care for patients who suffer from: Stroke, MS, Cognitive Difficulties, Headaches, Nerve Pain and Tumors
• Call schedule of 1 in 3
• Typical call off-days are from 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Sleep Lab
• Full range of specialty support in place
• Be as busy as you want with a massive referral base and no competition
• BC and BE neurology candidates accepted
• Academic opportunities available through relationship with UNMC
• EMR is EPIC

• 60% MGMA National Average Base Salary Compensation or more depending on training and experience
