Description
StaffMD is seeking an Anesthesiologist for Locum Tenens coverage in NC close to the Virginia border. Please see the details below and let me know if you are interested. Details:
Coverage Needed: 0645-1515 Monday - Friday
Both Inpatient and Outpatient
8 – 10 hour work day
Night Call 3-4 week + 6-8 hour/weekend
Call schedule 1:3
Call shared with 1 MD and 2 CRNA’s
Must be able to start surgery within 30 minutes of call back
Approx. # of patients/day/provider: 10 - 20
# of Surgical Cases per month: 180
ICU / Critical Care Duties
10 Intubation and Cardioversions
Required to serve back up in ER (Called for difficult Intubations & Spinals)
LT MDA will respond to codes
Procedures: General Anesthesia/Blocks/Regional Anesthesia, Labor Epidurals, shared with CRNA’s, Intubations, Invasive Lines, Cardioversions, Consults, & Epidurals for OB Services
BLS, ACLS and PALS/APLS Required
Pay Rate : $160/Hour
