Details:
Need Coverage ASAP- Ongoing
Hours: Part-time hours – for Supplemental income
Compensation: $45 per every 10-15-minute session
Physician will be observing Workers Comp Assessments
No prescriptions required
iPad is provided – Everything done on iPad
BC in FM, IM, EM, UC, or Occ. Med preferred
Active State license required
Work as 1099 independent contractor
Malpractice Insurance Provided
Training/orientation provided
