We are in search of a Family Medicine Physician for a corporate site focused on worksite-based health and wellness center serving company employees. This is located 66 miles to Charlotte, NC. 95 miles to Greensboro, NC. This is a very quaint town and a wonderful place to raise children. Here you can dine in one of their fine eating establishments or shop in our quaint downtown village or sprawling highway 9. Follow in Dizzy Gillespie's footsteps, kayak on Lake Juniper, hike and bike in the sandhills, or play 18 on an award winning golf course. Patients will be employees and family members seeing ages 2 and up.. Preventative services, wellness coaching, chronic disease management, acute episodic care. Epic EMR


 Matching 401k, 34 paid days off, CME allowance, and more.  Relocation and possible sign on bonus. Salary starts at $ 200K and goes higher depending on your level of experience.

Here is what we are looking for in a qualified candidate:
  • Board Certified by an ABMS approved Board in Primary Care/ Family medicine, however our client will consider those Board Eligible preparing to take the Boards
  • The qualified canddiate should have 2-3 years post residency experience is ideal for someone to succeed in this role.
  • Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records.
Doings of the role and more:
  • seeing up to 12 patients per day
  • You are supported by a R N Health Center Manager, 1 RN Wellness coach, 2 full time MA, 1 ft Care tech
  • Since this is a corporate clinic, we need someone who will be able to clearly articulate information to the executives showing success of the clinic as it relates to better outcomes for its employees.
  • The hours: Monday thru Friday 7:30am- 4:30 pm
(The health center is closed on weekends)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of medical care and monitors progress of patients.
  • Participate in the development of annual health center goals and objectives.
  • Maintain electronic medical records.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of medical care; schedules follow up visits and/or phone calls.
  • Identifies emergency situations and provides care within legal scope of practice.
  • Reports directly to the Regional Medical Director for medical responsibilities and reports indirectly to the Health Center Manager/Supervisor for administrative and operational workings of the site.
  • Leads and motivates medical providers in the health center environment; uses effective medical and people/performance management processes
  • Outstanding benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision—person pays approximately 20% of premium cost (industry standard is 30%), 20 days of PTO—increases to 25 days after a year, Matching 401k—after a year of employment is eligible for a  3% match at 100% and an additional 2% at 50%, CME allowance ($2,500/5 days for Physician)
