* Low Volume, 2.2 Patients Per Hour
* Mon-Fri, 7a-3p or 9a-4p
* Primary Care - No Walk Ins, No Weekends, No On-Call
* Treat ages 2+
* Two MA's per provider
* ASAP Start!
