Description
We are in need of a LOCAL Nurse Practitioner (Family or Adult) or Physician Assistant with strong Occupational Health experience. We are considering those in Louisville and all surrounding suburban areas or any location that is a reasonable commute for the candidate. Two-Three years experience current Occ health experience required.
Our client offers Matching 401k, PTO, CME allowance, and more. Salary based on experience. (Relocation is not offered for this role which is the reason we are looking for a local candidate.)

Here is what this role looks like: - This clinic offers Primary Care and Occupational Health Services. This role serves on just the Occ Health side. The Occupational Health team includes a Collaborative Physician, 1 per diem NP and 2 Occ Health RNs. The Primary Care side of the clinic is established and has been open to the company employees for years. They just recently started offering Occupational Health services. There are several heath service vendors this team member will be involved with including the nursing team, case management, Union, HR and Supervisors
- Full Time 40 hr/week NP or PA
- Hours: M-F 8:30 am to 5pm
- Anticipate 2-2.5 patient visits /hr
- SIGNIFICANT Occupational Health Experience Required (Onsite experience preferred)
- Our client is looking for someone who is strong clinically with an engaging personality. –
- Understanding of OSHA and dialogue with leaders on recordability, determining work relatedness and red line meetings
- Experienced in Return to Work strategies
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records
