Job Details:
- BE/BC Neurology
- Near Lexington, Kentucky
- Four or Five Day Work Week
- Outpatient: 1 Neurologist, 1 Sleep Specialist, 1 Specialized NP
- Malpractice, CME ($6,000), 5 days CME
- PTO - 8 hours per pay period
- Year 1 - Guarantee Salary
- Year 2 - Base plus Production
