I represent a Family Medicine opportunity located on the Iowa, just 90 miles from Des Moines. Practice Overview – 200-bed Non-Profit Facility that Leads the Way with Care Coordination and Patient-Centered Care
– Service area of 137,000
– Just Named “Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital” by iVantage Health Analytics and the Chartis Center for Rural Health for the Second Year in a Row
– Established practice – Average 18-22 patients per day
– Outpatient or Traditional – You Choose your setting
– 4 day weeks
– Secondary interests welcome (sports, geriatrics, dermatology)
– Ability to perform procedures – joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, casting, etc Compensation and Benefits: – Compensation: Demonstrated income of $250k per year
– Value Based Incentives up to 20% of salary
– $25,000 Signing Bonus
– Annual retention bonus
– $10,000 Relocation Allowance
– CME: $5,000 + 5 Days for CME
– Can Rollover $5,000 for a max of $10,000
