Practice Overview:

– Employed by award winning, not for profit hospital – 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties
– Physician retention rates across all specialties averages 12 years
– Full time GI has been with the hospital since 2003 – Additional part time provider and APP support
– General focus GI with ERCP – Hospital will implement EUS if provider desires
– Strong primary care and referral base – Quick ramp up
– 10 days of call per month

Compensation Overview:

– 600K base salary
– Additional earning through production – Top earning potential
– Up to 100k sign on
– Aggressive Hospital funded retirement plan
o Hospital contributes $30,000 per year (equal to 5 percent of annual salary) for years 1-5
o Hospital contributes $60,000 per year (equal to 10 percent of annual salary), ongoing beginning year 6
– Additional 403b with 4 percent match
– Relocation assistance reimbursed up to 10k
– PTO: 33 days annually
– 1 Week CME with 3,300 allowance
