- Begins upon successful credentialing (Temps Possible)
- Mon - Fri (7a-5p)
- Call: 1:5 | OT: optional
- 5 main ORs and 2 ORs in ASC
- Cases: B & B
- No Heads, Hearts, OB, etc.
- Supervision: of 1:3
- EMR & 2 other systems
