Job Details:

• Hospital Employed
• Monday-Friday (Flexible schedule)
• Assume panel of 1,200 patients
• Call 1:6, Weekends on-call
• 24/7 ER coverage by a 3rd party; on-call providers do admissions
• 22 licensed beds; 5-6 daily census, X-Ray and lab located adjacent to the clinic in the hospital, 2-3 shared exam rooms in the clinic, Support staff
• Board Certified/Board Eligible, IL License
