• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Outpatient, No Call
• Telephone call for nursing questions in effect
• Partner with a mix of Family Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
• EPIC EMR
• New state-of-the-art Facility
• Multispecialty Clinic with full support
• BC/BE Family Medicine
• Active license, Unrestricted DEA
