Enjoy a rewarding outpatient-only practice providing care to people of all ages – many of whom are uninsured or underinsured – in this location on the New Hampshire border just an hour from Portland. This is a busy, multidisciplinary practice providing primary care, dental care, mental health services, nutrition, eye care, podiatry, family planning and more, all in one location – with radiology and lab services onsite. Providers here are well-respected and make a difference to local people by breaking down barriers and providing quality care to a population with evolving healthcare needs. You will be part of a care team that includes a medical assistant, an RN, and a call center and patient support representative in this Integrated Primary Care / Patient Centered Medical Home model.

You will have a convenient schedule working 4 days/week, 10-hour days, with no nights, weekends, no holidays! Very light phone-only call, shared about 1:8, goes through an RN triage service first – so you will only see a handful of calls each month. Practice in a modern facility with a dedicated staff and state-of-the-art technology with electronic medical records so you can focus on delivering the best possible patient care.
